Lover of the pop universe and celebrities in general. I can’t live without music and I love to write about astrology. Interviewing celebrities is my thing!

In an interview with Shape magazine, the star of ‘Emily in Paris’ said that she is a great advocate of natural food. Therefore, it is natural that she does not consume red meat and processed foods, as well as several other celebrities, such as Gisele Bündchen.
“I love chicken, fish, vegetables and grains because quinoa, but not because red meat. I avoid processed foods. I’m very farm-to-table, growing up in the English countryside, it was a way of life, not a trend,” said Lily Collins.
Despite the support she provides, she does not refrain from sometimes consuming some sweets or sweets: “I also treat myself to an occasional dessert when I go out with friends. Ultimately, every day, I will give my body what it needs to be the best version of myself. When I squander, it’s usually on things that I’ve prepared myself, because it’s physically and emotionally rewarding.”
And Lily Collins also admitted to being passionate about cooking: “I’m not gluten-free or vegan, but I love baking things because of the sense of accomplishment I get from creating something tasty and healthy. I make everything from doughnuts to birthday cakes to banana nut bread.
There was a time when I didn’t allow myself to taste this type of food, let alone make it. I cook from the heart. I put love out there, and it goes straight back in.”

Simone’s Bodysuit” is what I love the most. It is a method that incorporates strengthening and toning. I’ve been training privately with a personal trainer there, and we do isometric and ballet movements. It’s not CrossFit, but it keeps me on my toes,” explained the ‘Emily in Paris’ actress.
Finally, Lily assures that she respects her limits and understands that not every day she can give 100% of herself: “I can also push myself beyond what I thought I was capable of. Simple, if I’m traveling or tired, I give my body a rest.
I used to feel guilty if I skipped a workout in the past, but now it only means that life is offering things I want to do instead. These ellipticals will always be there, but the experiences won’t.”
